Drop off and Pick up (free within 20 Miles) 

Not Included, you must provide:

Hose

Faucet Adapter (all faucets are different, make sure you find the one that'll work for the faucet you plan to connect to!)

Floor Coverage (a cheap shower curtain liner or tarp works great!)
